The PollStream experience begins with the first question of your poll that can live on your Web site, in your email, and off your site in ad spaces across the Web.
Its appearance is completely customizable to match the page that it is on.
After voting on the first question, a customizable poll window appears. After each question, real-time feedback showing how each person voted is shown.
Depending on how a person answers, they may get a different subsequent question. As people self-select their answers, the information in the poll remains relevant.
At the end of this two-way interaction the audience arrives at an ending, which consists of either a form to complete or a message ending. PollStream has experience increasing the performance of forms to maximize
participation.
The creation, publishing and analysis of polls takes place within the PollStream Web-based application.
Inside PollStream
Access to PollStream is through our secure, SSL encrypted website.
Questions are entered using an easy to use HTML editor which supports images, Flash, and video.
Paths through the poll are built and visualized with our Poll Portrait feature:
Publish
Once PollStream is on the Web, you can change the poll at any time without having to involve your IT department. Polls can be scheduled to change at any time.
Reports
In addition to summarizing your poll questions, PollStream indicates the time spent with each question as well as its drop-off rate.
All of the form field information is shown in a tabular view which can be exported to Excel or CSV formats. In addition to the poll and form fields, PollStream supports the use of hidden fields. These can be added to reports in a post-login environment or when using Poll in Email.
It’s simple to create a subset of your poll data using a variety of different criteria including: date, answer option, hidden field, or location of poll
Once created, this dataset can be summarized graphically to see just how these people answered your poll questions. Any of these reports can be shared with your colleagues through the Scheduled Reports function.
